CTB series semi-countercurrent wet drum magnetic separator
CTB series permanent magnetic cylinder magnetic separator is a kind of cylinder magnetic separator composed of strontium ferrite permanent magnetic steel and neodymium iron boron rare earth permanent magnetic steel. It is suitable for wet separation of fine particles of strong magnetic minerals or removal of mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with large magnetic field depth, large working gap and large processing capacity. It is a semi counter current wet magnetic separator.
The principle of Semi-counter-current trough permanent magnet barrel magnetic separator is that when the pulp enters the magnetic field area, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are thrown off and discharged, and the strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder rotate with the cylinder skin, are brought out of the magnetic field area, and washed into the concentrate tank with flushing water to complete the separation operation.

1. Type
(1) The magnetic system of magnetic separator is divided into multi pole fan-shaped open magnetic system (generally 5 poles, 7 poles, 8 levels, 10 levels and 12 poles).
(2) The form of the tank is semi countercurrent, which is represented by "B", that is CTB.
(3) Semi counter current tank magnetic separator is suitable for roughing and cleaning of ores with particle size less than 0.5mm, especially for cleaning of minerals with particle size less than 0.15mm.
